Art on the Levee is located inside the Gallery Building by the AMC ticket booth on Riverwalk Level. It is a unique gallery where local artists can show a broad selection of ceramics, paintings, sculptures, photography, jewelry and more. In addition to enjoying featured exhibits, this is also a space for interaction with the art and the artists through demos, classes, and receptions.
Whether you are a seasoned collector or a casual visitor looking for an original piece, Art on the Levee is a perfect place to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, and explore hundreds of works by diverse artists from the area. From small gifts to large-scale masterpieces, you are sure to find something you love at Art on the Levee.

Fantasies Come to Life
Children's Book Reading and Mural Demonstration
Saturday, September 4, 1 - 6 p.m.
Local children's book author, Carol Hutchinson, will be at the gallery on Saturday, September 4th and Sunday, September 5th from 1 - 5 p.m. for a reading of an excerpt from her book, "Tooth Fairy Castles", a book signing and an art activity for the children. Painter, Jeff Mosby, will also be at the gallery on Saturday, September 4th from 12 - 5 p.m. to do a mural demonstration on a 3'x7' panel. His vivid use of color sets the imagination free and is a perfect compliment to the children's book reading.
Twisted & Talented
Halloween Art Show consisting of horror-inspired and zombie art
Begins September 24 and runs through the end of October
Zombification specialist Billy Tackett will kick off this fantastically gruesome event with his custom zombification portraits. Stop by the gallery on Friday, September 24th from 6 - 10 p.m. or Saturday, September 25 from 3 - 10 p.m. to get zombified!
Halloween Party
Saturday, October 30, 4 - 9 p.m.
Costume contest with prizes. Anyone who wears a costume will receive 10% off their art purchase. Refreshments will be provided
Caricature artist, J. Bird, will be at the gallery for the Halloween party. Get a custom caricature of yourself or the entire ghoulish gang in your Halloween costumes
